Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven District Sales Officer to join our team. As a District Sales Officer, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. This is a full-time position based in Wayanad, Kerala, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned district
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue within the assigned district
- Identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities
- Manage and expand the existing customer base by providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments
