Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic District Sales Officer to join our team at Popees Baby Care Products Private Limited. As a District Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales in the Palakkad district of Kerala, India. This is a full-time position suitable for junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Consumer Services industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driving license
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage and expand the distributor and retailer network in the district
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide product training and support to distributors and retailers
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns
- Stay updated with industry developments and trends
