Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a District Sales Officer. As the District Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales executives in Kasaragod District, Kerala, India. This is a full-time position with an expected experience level of 4 to 6 years.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a District Sales Officer or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Sound understanding of sales principles and techniques
- In-depth knowledge of the assigned district's market and competition
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned district
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned district
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
