Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Block Sales Manager at Spice Money located in Koderma district. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations in the assigned district, building and maintaining relationships with merchants and Adhikaris, achieving sales targets, and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, and Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of financial services and digital technologies
- Experience in managing a sales team and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
