Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at Kalliyath Group. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving growth targets in the assigned district. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned district
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing outstanding customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
