- We are currently looking for a District Field Coordinator to work directly with the Senior Program Manager and the Senior Leadership team in Uttar Pradesh
- The candidate will be expected to establish, grow and lead relationships with Basic Siksha Adhikari ,Block Education Officers, Academic Resource Person, School Headmaster, Teachers and Parent

Required skills and background
- Willingness to travel to different locations across the district, with a minimum of 70% of total working time.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in any field, preferably in development, education, or the social sector.
- Experience liaising with Basic Siksha Adhikari (BSA) and Block Education Officers (BEOs).
- Ability to interact effectively with Headmasters and Teachers.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Hindi typing for government letters, messages, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Forms, Google Meet, and Zoom.
- Ability to perform basic data analysis.
- Interest in social enterprises as a means of creating impact.
- Mission-driven, optimistic, and enthusiastic, with a belief in achieving transformational change.
- Ability to take leadership in ambiguous situations, even when unsupervised.
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn quickly.
