Distribution - Senior Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets in distribution channels.
• Identify and target potential customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure effective product distribution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to junior sales staff, helping them to achieve their targets.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in distribution channels, with at least 3 -5 years in a senior sales role.
• Strong understanding of distribution sales strategies and market dynamics.
