Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Distribution Channel Manager located in Kolkata. The Distribution Channel Manager will be responsible for managing channel partners, developing business plans, and driving sales through effective channel management strategies. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as managing channel sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, and ensuring smooth coordination between the company and its distribution channels.

• Experience in business planning and sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the Banking/Finance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
