About the Role: - Review and investigate debit card/ACH disputes claims
- Customer Service related functions
- Coordinate investigations with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies
- Review and attend training related to dispute programs and services
- Maintains detailed records on all work responsibilities as required
- Process ACH and debit card disputes
- Process ACH Transactions when needed
- Maintain training and education needs related to Regulation E and NACHA rules
- Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements for the Role: Education and/or Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and
- Two years of related experience in banking operations and/or customer service
- Have experience with ACH Transactions
Have experience with dispute/chargeback processing
