Your Job
- Identify root causes of recurring disputes and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes aimed at reducing dispute occurrences
What Will You Do
- Review and analyze customer complaints, payment discrepancies, and billing disputes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, and Billing) to gather necessary information for dispute resolution.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve disputes efficiently
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding dispute status and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of disputes and resolutions in the system
- Generate regular reports on dispute trends, resolution times, and outstanding issues
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and resolution of their concerns
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding any dispute-related inquiries
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispute resolution, accounts receivable, or a similar role within the OTC finance process.
