We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be detail-oriented to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and product inquiries
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our data entry systems
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Coordinate with freight carriers for shipping and receiving logistics
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while assisting customers
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Familiarity with transportation management systems to optimize shipping routes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in phone systems and customer service software
- Knowledge of supply chain operations is a plus
- Familiarity with load link, Expert board, DAT
- Understanding of freight logistics and shipping/receiving processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle high call volumes effectively
