Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Dispatcher and Logistics Manager to oversee and manage the dispatching of vehicles and coordinate logistics for liquid transportation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, particularly in transportation, and will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, and optimizing route management.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch Management: Coordinate daily dispatch schedules, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of liquid goods.

Routing & Scheduling: Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize fuel efficiency and reduce transit times.

Communication: Act as the central communication hub between drivers, customers, and internal teams.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with local, state, and federal transportation laws and safety regulations.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any logistical or operational issues that may arise during transport, including vehicle breakdowns or delays.

Fleet Management: Monitor the condition and availability of the fleet, ensuring maintenance and service requirements are met.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on transportation (liquid transportation preferred).

Education: Preferabaly Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., TMS, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office EXEL

Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulations and industry best practices in liquid transportation.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between multiple stakeholders.
