Oversee and supervise logistics and delivery personnel.- Coordinate logistics between Warehouses to Stores, among stores and stores to warehouses by suitably engaging the 3PL service providers.
Ensure availability of the required number of vehicles along with drivers as per the scheduled delivery and pickup timelines.
- Coordinate with the 3PL service providers to ensure service levels of the Vehicle
Fleet and transportation management.- Prepare a daily route plan for the vehicles coordinating with the Dispatch Supervisor and share the same with the 3PL service providers.
Coordinate loading and unloading of the stock into the vehicles as per the route plan.
- Ensure that the 3PL service providers comply with health and safety and other legal requirements.
