About the CEO and Co-Founder:
Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest
consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard
Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.
Qualification:
Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations management preferably in eCommerce. Strong excel and communication skills.
Job Description:
- Marshall the Dispatch Supervisors (including DEOs) for B2C & B2B operations with a sub-span of 10-15 Dispatch Packers on the shop-floor.
- Hands-on role ensuring dispatch planning for the day to ensure on-time shipment readiness as per Channel pick-up cutoffs.
- KPI ownership of 100% on-time dispatches.
- Document readiness check & coordination with Finance team to debottleneck: Invoices + eWaybills for planned orders (B2B).
- Shipment reconciliation at Channel level & 3PL partner level (through Manifest matching).
- Order auditing to ensure FIFO based & zero error packing operations.
- Shift rotation, as per need.
- Daily MIS documentation for dispatches against plan.
