Urgently we are looking for Dispatch Incharge

• Job Summary:

The Dispatch In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch operations of the company's manufactured machines. This role involves coordinating shipments and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

• Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods to customers.

• Ensure all shipments are prepared accurately, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.

Collaborate with production teams to schedule dispatch based on production timelines.

• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and shipments.

Address any issues related to dispatch, including delays or discrepancies.

• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.

Implement and improve dispatch processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree ,Master degree,Diploma

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in using software and Microsoft Office, Excel

• Strong communication Skills
