Responsibilities:
Understanding customer needs and preferences to recommend new products or services to meet their needs.
Reviewing inventory records for accuracy and any possible problems with storing items.
Working with other departments to coordinate activities such as shipping, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and expediting goods.
Preparing reports detailing inventory levels and other supply chain data as needed.
Managing inventory by ordering new goods when supplies are low.
Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous supply of goods and services.
Planning and implementing supply chain strategies that meet organizational goals.
Document processing and submissions on various portal as required.
Sales order reading, understanding and plan accordingly with concern teams & availability of vehicle accordingly.
Preparing death loading report on regular basis.
Checklist for vehicle assessment as per legal requirement.
Supervise detention reports and other requirement.
Tracking Plan VS Actual monthly planning and execute accordingly
QC and relevant clearance from other department before making dispatch vehicle out.
Maintain all the database of transportation of goods and material as per management requirements.
