Responsibilities:

Preparation of delivery challans as per note duly authorized, Checking Of Delivery Challans With

Candidate must be able to quick understand the PO as well as self-efficient work with

Notes Submitted By Dispatch Section Preparation of invoice in tally with consultation of account department

Acknowledgement on delivery challan & on lorry copies.

Follow-up for acknowledgement with site supervisor/Customer etc

Maintaining of transport Excel file.

Maintaining of party wise excel file

Co-Coordinating with transporter for obtaining earlier months bills.

Co- ordination with departments like dispatch, Stores, Sites etc
