Dispatch Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Manage the drivers and client details and prepare a trip schedule.
- Assign a driver for the passengers.
- Coordinating with driver and passenger and enroute the trips.
- Monitoring the travel app and sending the information to the clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels.
- Ensure the quality of all services and processes for the clients.
- Handling the clients and preparing the reports.
- Years of Exp 0-2.

JOB SKILLS:

• Any bachelors degree.
• International client handling experience
• Experience in Customer Service executive - Any domain
• Excellent communication, written and people skills.
• Good multitasking, time management and organisational skills.
• Problem-solving ability with analytical skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year
