Dispatch Coordinator and Inventory Manager

Delivery Coordination:

Understanding the operations of different platforms like porter, Icarry, etc in integration with our existing systems to sync with the kitchen team and customers while ensuring all orders are reaching before the promised time.

Inventory Ordering:

Placing the order requirement with the different platforms through which we are ordering inventory like Zomato hyperpure, metro, amazon and local vendors.

Inventory Management:

Forecasting the requirement, checking the receipt of items against indent given and re-ordering as per requirements.

Vendor Management:

Finding the best quality, rates and payment terms with vendors for ease of operations.

Record Keeping:

Organised maintenance of bills and payments to vendors.

1. Basic understanding of Kannada and English
2. Basic understanding of excel
3. Ability to operate a smart phone with ease
4. Basic understanding of Bangalore s geography and routes
5. Understanding maths and ability to negotiate the best rate for the business
