nWhat We Are Looking For :
nWe are looking for a seasoned and capable technologist with deep knowledge and experience of designing and delivering end to end solutions into a complex ecosystem
nAs a Director - Technology at TekMindz you will be engaged in leading technical product design creation, crafting migration roadmaps from current to targeted architectures, Pre-Sales planning and customer interactions, and guiding the delivery organization. You should also be able to regularly update the company on any developments in systems architecture projects.
nSolution Expertise and Responsibilities :

- nProven ability to work across an organization to help to design and build the best and most effective solution possible for our potential customers.
- nStrong grasp of a variety of web, middleware and persistence technologies and how to use them
- nIn depth knowledge of integration approaches, including: Micro-services, Web Services, Messaging, Event Driven Architectures
- nExperience working with large scale, high throughput, highly available systems
- nKnowledgeable and conversant in at least one full-stack ecosystem and with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.)
- nDevelopment experience using Java and knowledge of other technologies like python, Node.JS with exposure to web development
- nExperience with API development, understanding of best practice and implementation within a cloud environment
- nWorking knowledge of modern software development practices such as agile methodologies and DevOps, Terraform, Jenkins,
- nWebsite/web services as well as traditional IT networking, operations, management, and security architectures experience.
- nAble to display proven experience as technical leader within a product development team
- nHigh awareness of industry issues and trends, and the ability to incorporate these in future projects, positioning TekMindz as a leader in new technologies
nRequirements :

- nMinimum 15 Years of experience
- nYou will be designing solutions and related transformation roadmaps.
- nOversee projects to ensure the proper architecture is implemented.
- nApply or recommend best practices in architecture, coding, API integration, CI/CD pipelines
- nYou will work closely with the Delivery team to identify growth opportunities within our existing accounts
- nAssessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
- nResolving technical problems as they arise.
- nProviding technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- nContinually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
- nInforming various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
- nAssessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
- nProviding updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
- nAble to move seamlessly between a solutions mindset and a consulting mindset.
- nEqually adept at changing your communication style between our clients c-suite executives and the talented practitioners on our delivery teams.
- nInfrastructure requirements such as Networking, Storage, and Hardware Optimization.
- nConsult for optimal design of database environments, analyzing complex distributed production deployments, and making recommendations to optimize performance.
