What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a seasoned and capable technologist with deep knowledge and experience of designing and delivering end to end solutions into a complex ecosystem

As a Director -Technology at our organization you will be engaged in leading technical product design creation, crafting migration roadmaps from current to targeted architectures, Pre-Sales planning and customer interactions, and guiding the delivery organization. You should also be able to regularly update the company on any developments in systems architecture projects.

Solution Expertise required:

Proven ability to work across an organization to help to design and build the best and most effective solution possible for our potential customers.

Strong grasp of a variety of web, middleware and persistence technologies and how to use them

In depth knowledge of integration approaches, including: Micro-services, Web Services, Messaging, Event Driven Architectures

Experience working with large scale, high throughput, highly available systems

Knowledgeable and conversant in at least one full-stack ecosystem and with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.)

Development experience using Java and knowledge of other technologies like python, Node.JS with exposure to web development Experience with API development, understanding of best practice and implementation within a cloud environment Working knowledge of modern software development practices such as agile methodologies and DevOps,Terraform, Jenkins,

Website/web services as well as traditional IT networking, operations, management, and security architectures experience.

Able to display proven experience as technical leader within a product development team

High awareness of industry issues and trends, and the ability to incorporate these in future projects, positioning as a leader in new technologies

Roles & Responsibilities:

Minimum 15 Years of experience

You will be designing solutions and related transformation roadmaps.

Oversee projects to ensure the proper architecture is implemented.

Apply or recommend best practices in architecture, coding, API integration, CI/CD pipelines

You will work closely with the Delivery team to identify growth opportunities within our existing accounts

Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.

Resolving technical problems as they arise.

Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.

Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.

Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.

Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.

Able to move seamlessly between a solutions mindset and a consulting mindset.

Equally adept at changing your communication style between our clients c-suite executives and the talented practitioners on our delivery teams.

Infrastructure requirements such as Networking, Storage, and Hardware Optimization.

Consult for optimal design of database environments, analyzing complex distributed production deployments, and making recommendations to optimize performance.
