Job Description

TopHire is on the lookout for a seasoned Director of Talent Acquisition for one of our clients. Our client is a dynamic organization with its headquarters nestled in the vibrant city of Bangalore. They are pioneers in their field, committed to innovation and excellence.

Position Summary:

As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be a key member of the HR leadership team, responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent in support of the organization's overall business plan and strategic direction. The scope of responsibility includes, but is not limited to, talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, candidate experience, recruitment process optimization, and workforce planning.

Job Location:

Remote (India) - with occasional travel to headquarters in Bangalore as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
  • Lead and manage the recruitment team to deliver high-quality talent pipelines and ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Enhance the employer brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with executive/senior management to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making.
