Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Director, Strategy & Ops. An ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in management consulting or founders office roles at high-growth tech companies or as an entrepreneur. In this position, you will play a critical role in aligning strategy with execution, managing key projects, facilitating communication across teams, and supporting the co-founders in driving organizational growth. Responsibilities Of The Role
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and execute long-term strategies that guide the company's growth trajectory.
- Project Management: Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives. This includes setting project goals, tracking progress, and motivating teams.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a conduit between different departments, ensuring that information flows smoothly and that all teams are aligned with the company's goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a point of contact for internal communications, e.g., all-hands, offsites, and external communications, including investor meetings, board decks, key customer meetings, ensuring that communications are consistent and aligned with company vision.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure progress toward objectives. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement streamlined processes.
- Implementation of OKRs: Implement OKRs to ensure that the company's strategic goals are met effectively.
- Special Projects and Initiatives: Manage and execute special projects, which can range from GTM initiatives to corporate restructuring to developing strategic partnerships, depending on organizational need
Requirements For The Role
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting or founders office roles at high-growth tech companies or as an entrepreneur
- Tier 1 education experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in building strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to understand the big picture and align daily operations with long-term goals
- Capable of leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
- Proficient in data analysis to inform decision-making processes
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
