Jubilant Ingrevia history goes back to 1978 with the incorporation of VAM Organics Limited, which later became Jubilant Organosys and then Jubilant Life Sciences and now demerged to an independent entity as Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, which is listed in both the stock exchanges of India. Over the years, company has developed global capacities and leadership in chosen business segments.
We have more than 40 years of experience in Life Science Chemicals, 30+ years of experience in Pyridine Chemistry and value added Specialty Chemicals, and 20+ years of experience in Vitamin B3, B4 and other Nutraceutical products.
We have strategically segmented our business into three Business Segments as explained below. We are rapidly growing the revenue in all the three segments.
Speciality Chemicals Segment : We propose to launch a new platform of Diketene & its value-added derivatives, forward integrate our crop protection chemicals to value-added agrochemicals (Herbicides, Fungicides & Insecticides) by adding new facilities. We are an established partner of choice in CDMO, with more Invest plans in GMP & Non-GMP multi-product facility for Pharma & Crop Protection customers.
Nutrition & Health Solutions Segment : We propose to expand the existing capacity of Vitamin B3 to continue being one of the market leaders and introduce new branded animal as well as human nutrition and health premixes.
Chemical Intermediates Segment : We propose to expand our existing acetic anhydride capacity and add value added anhydrides and aldehydes and enhance volumes in speciality ethanol.
We have 5 world-class manufacturing facilities i.e. One in UP at Gajraula, Two in Gujarat at Bharuch and Baroda, Two in Maharashtra at Nira and Ambernath . We operate 61 Plants across these 5 sites giving is multi-plant and multi-location advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Over all Planning , Project Management responsibility for all projects at Ingrevia site ( Excluding R&D, IT and Admin Project )
- To ensure proper Planning of the Project for timely execution. Should have command on planning tools and do schedule crunching. Tight monitoring of schedule and escalation in case of delay.
- To ensure proper resource planning as per overall project schedule.
- To ensure proper Cost control of projects (Zero Overrun).
- To ensure timely releasing of the Design Documents from Design & Engineering
- To ensure for timely ordering of material from supply chain.
- To ensure timely and proper submission of documents for statutory compliance.
- Cost and Time Validation of New Projects/Capex.
- To assist in audit of the Project Department by Internal / External Auditor.
- To maintain the Project Department expenses within budget.
- Ensure training development of 2nd Line.
- Ensure continuous improvement of Project Management process by innovation & creativity
- To ensure timely payment of Project supplier.
- Manage interfaces with Design & Engineering, Supply Chain, Vendors, Construction and Manufacturing team at site for timely delivery of deliverables like documents, drawings, material, front etc. and Maintain all Project Documentation.
- Responsible to compile and circulate Project MIS reports for all manufacturing locations to SBU / CEO and other Top Management at regular interval and time to time as required.
- Responsible for Cash Flow Projection and coordination with Accounts / Finance for on time payment of all capital material suppliers for Projects
- To ensure preparation and monitoring of all Projects Activity Schedule, DCI and PO Contract Plan.
- Review Scope, Schedule with DCI, PO Contract Plan and Cost for major projects on fortnightly basis and all others on monthly basis. Take corrective action to mitigate Schedule delays and cost increase with on time change note Approval from management as applicable.
- Ensure On time delivery of Quality documents / drawings / TBE etc. from Design Team / Design Consultant to other stakeholders like SCM, Construction, suppliers etc. as per DCI.
- Coordinating and review with SCM team for timely release of PO and material deliveries as per PO Contract Plan and evaluation of new vendors / suppliers.
- Ensure quality through third party inspection for all equipment's and material as per QAP in consultation with Design, Maintenance, and production.
Person Profile
Qualification: -
- B Tech Chemical/Mechanical
Experience:-
- 20-25 years of experience in Projects with Speciality Chemical and manufacturing industry
- Speciality Chemicals/Fine Chemicals/ Continuous and Batch Chemical Plant/ any consultancy firms working in chemical domain.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- An excellent people manager and leader; able to recruit, develop and retain a high calibre team across diverse departments.
- Able to work effectively within a global business culture whilst also adaptable to the local cultural environment.
- Ability to energise his/her team with a clear vision of the business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Should have an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
