Requirements
The Director is a hands-on technical consultant with the ability to deliver and position solutions while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Assist Digital Sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery
- Participate across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers
- Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues and partners
- Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
- Generate product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environment(s)
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- Stay current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV
- Support Marketing events user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.
- Stay current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between the company and its competitors
- Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security
- In conjunction with Sales and Professional Services, conduct transition briefing communicate commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment
- Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events
Required Qualifications And Background- Has 10+ years experience in client facing IT consulting roles.
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Prior experience working within a Salesforce Implementation Partner or Salesforce.com
- Several Salesforce CRM and 1-2 other cloud certifications
- A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude,
- Excellent relationship-building skills,
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends. Able to actively make suggestions based on the results,
- Available and responsive to question, clarifications and instructions
- Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels
- A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
- A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
- Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals
