AdTech Platform
Build an in-house
AdTech platform for both Sponsored Ads and Display ads which would include both the engineering capabilities as well as the data science capabilities. This platform will power both our Self-service and manage-service campaigns by integrating with the relevant campaign management tools.
As a Director Product Management, you will set the overall strategic vision for your product space and product team, are accountable for succeeding against identified business outcomes and metrics, will set and manage the product's budget and financials, set the short- and long-term product goals, and quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
You will be accountable for building, coaching, and mentoring a strong team of product owners while also building a strong team culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency across Product teams. You will be responsible to elevate your collective team's performance by providing insightful, motivating, and constructive feedback to all roles on the team while also working with senior leadership and peers across pyramids to negotiate and remove execution related barriers for your teams.
You will drive product discovery with key stakeholders to validate hypotheses and concepts with customers before committing engineering time, as you lead highly complex work across multiple pyramids,
with interrelated specialties. You will leverage data and analytics to provide competitive analysis, drive decision making, assess the health and effectiveness of your products and related P&L impacts, and to
deliver recommendations to key stakeholders.
It will be critical that you possess an understanding of retail or similar areas, relevant technologies and design principles in order to drive innovative and scalable solutions across multiple pyramids within Target.

About You
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience
- Should have prior experience in building AdTech platform components (SSP, DSP, Ad Server etc.)
- Should have implemented/executed complex product initiatives.
- Should have led large team of product managers (6-7 PM's and working with engineering team of size 30-40).
- Should have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teams.
- Should have a strong product mindset where they are able to create a robust vision and strategy for the platform and is able to convert it in to an actionable roadmap for the respective products.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence both at a strategic leadership level and cross functionally.
- Expert at working in the agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas).
- Strategic mindset and bias for action with strong ability for strategic planning, defining OKRs and driving business outcomes.
