We are seeking a results-driven Director-Operations to oversee and optimize our organizational functions, including Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition (TA), Administration, and performance reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, fostering a collaborative work culture, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
What you will do:
- Human Resources (HR):
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and career development programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment to attract and retain top talent
- II. Talent Acquisition (TA):
- Lead and mentor the TA team to attract, recruit, and onboard top-tier talent effectively
- Establish and manage processes for workforce planning, including forecasting and talent pipeline development
- Design innovative hiring strategies to meet short-term and long-term business goals
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency
- III. Administration:
- Oversee the administrative functions of the organization, including facilities management, vendor contracts, and workplace safety
- Optimize operational processes to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across all offices and teams
- Ensure cost-effective procurement and management of office resources and supplies
- IV. Performance Reporting & Organizational Metrics:
- Establish and maintain dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across teams and departments
- Drive organization-wide reporting on operational efficiency, employee performance, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to analyze and act upon data insights to optimize performance
- Lead the development and execution of operational strategies to support business goals
- V. Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational activities with the organization's vision and strategy
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to enhance organizational efficiency
- Act as a role model for operational excellence and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing HR, TA, and administrative functions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using HRMS, ATS, and performance management tools
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
