Director People experience Partner
Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership teams to understand business objectives, leveraging metrics, trends, and industry experience to develop impactful People programs and initiatives that support business outcomes. Collaborate with People Partners, utilizing business acumen, HR expertise, and industry knowledge, to proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions that address them at their root cause, with the intention to arrive at sustainable solutions across Business Units. Foster a consistent and positive One JLL experience by collaborating with other PXP's to successfully and seamlessly activate all programs, initiatives, and activities. Activate and facilitate JLL's global and regional policies, processes, and tools that support moments that matter across a team member's experience, including Hiring, Onboarding, Performance Review, Performance Management, Promotion, and more. Lead and coordinate talent management cyclical activities, such as Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Year-End, and Compensation Planning for the JLLT Services team. Cultivate a culture of inclusion and transparency that celebrates our diverse employee community, promoting a sense of belonging and value where every voice is heard. Partner with HR COEs and product colleagues to co-create and deliver best-in-class HR tools, resources, processes, and overall experiences that uphold our commitment to inclusivity. Lead ad hoc projects that impact business results and enhance experience moments across JLLT. Collaborate with the Employee Relations team to manage complex employee relations situations, ensuring fairness and respect. Proactively advise, consult, and coach business stakeholders/managers on performance management, quality conversations, team building, and personal development, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and empowering work environment. Provide support during transition, expansion, and stabilization of M&A activities, with particular attention to maintaining a positive employee experience. Identify and recommend efficiencies in the employee life cycle, leveraging touchpoints and handoffs to other People Solutions and Experience stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years supporting executive leaders and teams. Demonstrated project management and change management experience. Ability to use data to identify insights and drive action/change. Experience working in a matrixed organization. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
