About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 11+ years of experience in HR business partnering, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies to support organizational goals. As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and the overall business strategy.
Position Overview:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on matters related to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Be responsible for partnering with the business leaders, HR COE and Associate Services team in building the capabilities to drive sustainable, profitable business growth
- Within the framework of HR strategies, policies, and guidelines, proactively provide total people solutions to functional departments to support overall business growth.
- Act as a coach and trusted business advisor to assigned Clients and Stakeholders
- Build a good network and talent pipeline across the system (KO and Bottling Partners)
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement employee engagement programs that foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees and managers.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR business partnering or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Related Work Experience:
- 11+ years of HR specialist and generalist experience, preferably in multinational manufacturing, Knowledge of local statutory and legal requirements;
Functional Skills:
