Key Responsibilities:
- Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the BFSI sector, serving as the primary point of contact for all staffing needs and inquiries.
- Development: Identify opportunities for growth within the BFSI market and develop strategic initiatives to expand our client base and revenue streams.
- Building: Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the BFSI industry, including industry associations, trade groups, and technology partners.
- Expertise: Stay abreast of trends, developments, and regulations within the BFSI sector, providing insights and guidance to internal teams and clients.
- Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the BFSI-focused team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
- Management: Track and analyze key performance metrics, ensuring that goals and objectives are met or exceeded consistently.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as recruiting, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment and execution of client strategies.
Qualifications:
- degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
