Job Description: Account Director-PR
Vertical- B2B Tech and Corporate
Experience - Someone with 10 years of experience in PR and communications
Responsibilities
The person would sit out of our client office and manage day to day clients marketing and advertising campaigns (Day-to-day execution will be AE role not Account Manager, he needs to only supervise)
Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability
Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level
The organisation of client feedback
Involvement in new business development to grow the practice
Generating accurate reports and status notifications (Reporting would be done by AE, way forward and learning needs to be summarised by Manager)
Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
Significant experience in professional client relationship management
A solid background in digital advertising
The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level, and proven experience in building Brands
A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Effective team management capabilities
A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques including digital platforms
The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas
The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy
Ensuring the agencys success by aligning measurement plans to client briefs and focusing clients and internal teams on the job to be done
Representing agency points of view clearly in writing, formal presentations, and informal client meetings and workshops
Discovering new opportunities for the agency through a proactive understanding of client accounts, digital media trends, and an entrepreneurial sensibility
Maintaining profitability of engagements in partnership with project management
Motivating the team by bringing a positive, solutions-focused attitude to everything you do
Additional Qualifications
Experience leading a team of client servicing, project managers, and creatives to deliver multimedia content capture and post-production
Basic scoping and financial management skills (like articulating deliverables and interpreting burn reports)
Solid Power Point skills, particularly pitching creative or channel recommendations and results reporting
Must have strong fundamentals in client servicing
Strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge in digital media and upcoming trends
