About the Role:

Director/VP of Product:

Looking for a solid Product Leader who comes with a 0-1 and 1-xx Product experience who is also keen to be hands-on in the role. We are looking for leaders who will help to scale the org 10-100x and can build a stellar product culture within the organization. Preference for Product folks coming from B2B Saas Fintech space.

Approximate compensation range: 70-80 LPA CTC (Cash component)

Job Requrirements:

12+ years of experience in product experience. Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent.

Led a team of 4+ Product Managers for 2 years or more

Exposure to FinTech, Credit, B2B Saas Fintech etc.

Experience creating and contributing to product roadmap and evangelizing the product

vision.

Track record of solving complex challenges and completing large-scale projects from

initiation to delivery.

Experience working directly and cross-functionally with engineers, other PMs, and related

stakeholders.

Strong technical understanding of systems. Be able to contribute to design/architecture

decisions to align with product vision.

Strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills

Ability to persuade/influence all levels of the organization using excellent verbal and written

communication.

Strong work ethic. Self-starting personality who can problem solve and develop creative

solutions.

High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities

simultaneously.
