Role Overview
Tech Prastish is seeking a results-driven Director of Performance Improvement to lead the design, measurement, and management of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organization. This role will focus on driving data-driven decision-making, aligning KPIs with strategic goals, and ensuring the organization achieves financial growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement KPIs:
- Define, develop, and implement KPIs that align with Tech Prastish's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish department-specific KPIs, ensuring they support overall company goals.
- Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into performance metrics for all key stakeholders.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze KPI data regularly to provide insights on performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management to drive strategic planning and business growth.
- Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, facilitating discussions on results, progress, and improvement strategies.
Optimize Operational Efficiency:
- Identify areas of inefficiency in operations and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Work closely with finance, HR, and project management teams to track financial KPIs, employee-related costs, and project profitability.
- Implement processes to measure employee productivity, resource utilization, and revenue growth, contributing to the achievement of financial freedom for the company.
Benchmarking and Best Practices:
- Stay updated with industry best practices, benchmarks, and KPI trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
