Job Description

HIRING FOR A CLIENT

Responsibilities

  • L&D Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a global L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and employee development goals. Identify emerging trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in training and development to drive continuous improvement.

  • Program Design and Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver a wide range of L&D programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills training, sales training, and compliance training.

  • Partner with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to create and deliver engaging and impactful training content and materials.

  • L&D Execution and Evaluation: Oversee the execution and delivery of L&D programs globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact of training on employee performance, productivity, and engagement.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR business partners, department heads, and regional L&D leads to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business needs and priorities

  • Team Management and Development: Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

What You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in L&D, instructional design, or talent management are a plus.
  • At least 20+ years of L&D experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in L&D, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to align L&D initiatives with business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Expertise in instructional design principles, learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and blended learning approaches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience in team leadership, talent development, and building high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated passion for learning, innovation, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
