Role: Director of Investment & Growth

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Work Model)

Job Type: Full-Time, Split-Schedule Hybrid

Initial Investment: 35 to 50 lakh rupees (to be returned as per business growth) stakes will be given

Currently, we are about to go live in 45 days.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of FinE, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

- Manage investor relations, maintaining clear and effective communication with current and potential investors.

- Lead strategic planning initiatives, focusing on long-term business development and growth.

- Supervise and guide the Technical Team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of market trends to inform business strategies.

- Drive sales and marketing activities to expand FinE's reach and impact.

- Engage with stakeholders to foster strong relationships and collaboration.

Qualifications:

- Proven analytical skills and strong research capabilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of success.

- Technical skills relevant to the finance and investment sector.
