Job Title : Director of Franchise sales

Job description
The Director of Franchise Sales reports to the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for all franchise sales activity related to the development of new iCode Schools in the U.S. and Canada. The role includes single-unit, multi-unit, and area development agreements. As the head of sales, you will assist with the strategy for lead generation, territory approval and be responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. This includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and adherence to sales processes. Must passionately represent the brand and be able to ethically coach prospects through the discovery process and financing resolution. This role has a critical impact to overall company revenue and profitability as well as being a key driver in our brand's continued development.
