Job description

The Director of Franchise Sales reports to the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for all franchise sales activity related to the development of new iCode Schools in the U.S. and Canada. The role includes single-unit, multi-unit, and area development agreements. As the head of sales, you will assist with the strategy for lead generation, territory approval and be responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. This includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and adherence to sales processes. Must passionately represent the brand and be able to ethically coach prospects through the discovery process and financing resolution. This role has a critical impact to overall company revenue and profitability as well as being a key driver in our brand's continued development.

  • Manage overall sales process with direct responsibility for meeting quarterly and annual quota targets.
  • Nurture relationships with existing franchisees and support their enterprise expansion plans.
  • Oversee content development and maintain complete ownership of all Discovery Day plans and activities.
  • Work with the marketing team and outside agencies to implement effective lead generation marketing; track performance and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Work closely with operations, real estate, and legal resources to ensure that development schedules are achieved.
  • Become thoroughly familiar with and adhere to federal, state, and local laws pertaining to franchise sales and disclosure information.
  • Forecast and analyze sales budgets for franchise growth opportunities.
  • 5+ years of proven accomplishments with Franchise Sales.
  • Able to travel- Will attend trade shows, conduct market visits with prospects as necessary.
  • Must be able to speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and business.
  • Must display discipline and a competitive spirit.
  • Proven ability to represent our brand with the utmost level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Must be an experienced professional, demonstrating polished leadership, sales, presentation, and communications skills.
  • Experienced in all aspects of the franchise sales industry including marketing and lead generation activities.
  • Proficient computer software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
