Job Description:
We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our technical team and drive the development of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet company goals.
- Leading DevOps and Cloud initiatives.
- Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle including Analysis & Study of Business Requirements, Technical & Functional Specifications, Data/Interface/Process Design, Module / Interface Development, Testing, Integration and Implementation
- Lead and manage the engineering team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders in defining product roadmaps and timelines
- Ensure the technical feasibility of product requirements.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

- Manage the engineering budget and resources effectively.
- Ensure that the engineering team adheres to best practices and standards.
- Stay current with technology trends and recommend new technologies and approaches.
Skills Required:-
- Candidate should have 14+ years of experience.
- Developing and testing software;
- Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise;
- Producing detailed design documentation;
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication; Good organizational skills;
- Developing documentation to assist users Single handedly support the project; including deployment & analyzing/resolving Production, Dev, UAT environment issues.
