As the Head of Student Experience, you will be at the forefront of shaping and curating the student journey from pre admission to post-admission phases. This role is pivotal in creating a seamless and enriching experience for our students, ensuring their engagement and commitment to their educational journey with us. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the student experience vertical from the ground up, working closely with the founders and directors of College of Business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive strategies for engaging prospective students, enhancing the pre-admission experience, and ensuring a high rate of offer acceptance.
Experience Curation: Develop and curate personalized student experiences that align with ethos and educational objectives, ensuring students feel supported and engaged throughout their academic journey. Innovation and Engagement: Identify and implement innovative methods of student engagement to foster a strong sense of community and belonging among students.
Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with academic and administrative departments to ensure a cohesive student experience. Lead a team dedicated to student engagement and experience.
Feedback and Improvement: Establish mechanisms for regular feedback from students and other stakeholders, using insights gained to continually enhance the student experience.
Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a key ambassador of College of Business, promoting the school's values and programs through various channels and events.
College of Business
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Significant experience in student affairs, student engagement, or a related field, preferably within a higher education context.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creative and innovative thinker with a knack for problem-solving.
