We are seeking a Director of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
to lead our efforts in improving conversion rates across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. This is a strategic leadership role that will drive impactful CRO strategies to optimize user experience, increase conversion rates, and enhance overall business performance. If you have strong Amazon experience or a deep understanding of e-commerce, this role is for you!
CRO Strategy Development:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive CRO strategies that improve user experience and conversion rates across Amazon and e-commerce platforms.Amazon Optimization:
Leverage your experience to identify, implement, and track CRO improvements specific to Amazon, ensuring that our listings, product pages and customer funnels are performing at their peak.Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks in the user journey, develop hypotheses for A/B testing, and continuously optimize for higher conversion rates.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to implement CRO strategies that align with overall business goals.
Performance Tracking:
Define and track key CRO metrics (e.g., click-through rate, conversion rate, bounce rate), providing leadership with regular insights and recommendations for improvements.E-Commerce Best Practices:
Stay up to date with the latest CRO trends and techniques, ensuring that Full Circle Agency remains competitive in the e-commerce space.
At least 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, particularly in e-commerce and/or Amazon.- Deep understanding of Amazon's platform, including listing optimization, product pages, and customer behavior analytics. Should have experience in tracking key metrics, A/B testing, and utilizing Amazon's native tools to enhance conversions.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.- Full-time availability, 40 hrs/week, in CST.
