Role Overview:
As the Business Development Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and
expanding our market presence throughout Europe. Leveraging your extensive experience, you
will lead strategic initiatives to identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key clients. Your
ability to understand client needs, articulate our value proposition, and deliver tailored
solutions will be critical to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and prioritize target clients within the European market, with a
focus on large enterprise companies, mid-sized enterprises, services organizations and
emerging startups.
Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders,
including HR leaders, C-suite executives, and procurement managers, to drive business
opportunities and foster long-term relationships.
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends,
competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Utilize market insights to refine business
development strategies and enhance our competitive positioning.
Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and
qualification to proposal development and contract negotiation. Maintain a robust pipeline of
opportunities and drive sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including
recruitment, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of client
engagements. Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and service
enhancements.
Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the
industry by sharing insights, best practices, and thought-provoking content through various
channels, including industry events, webinars, and social media platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or account
management within the IT staffing industry, with a proven track record of success in client
acquisition and revenue growth.
Deep understanding of the European IT staffing market, including industry trends, key players,
and regulatory landscape.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate
complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision
making and problem-solving.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
to achieve common goals.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of autonomy
and accountability.
