Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Alliances to lead our partnerships with major OEMs in the enterprise IT sector. This role is critical in managing and expanding our relationships with hardware and software OEMs, generating Marketing Development Funds (MDFs), organizing co-branded events, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Comprint Tech Solutions and our OEM partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major OEMs in the enterprise IT hardware and software sectors.
Negotiate and secure MDFs to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Organize and manage co-branded events, webinars, and other promotional activities on behalf of OEMs.
Facilitate product training sessions for internal account managers and sales teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, handling escalations and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to align OEM strategies with company goals and customer needs.
Lead co-branding activities, ensuring consistent and effective representation of both Comprint Tech Solutions and OEM partners.
Track and report on the performance of alliances, including MDF utilization, event success, and training outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement in alliance management processes and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, including hardware and software products.
Proven track record of successfully managing OEM relationships and securing MDFs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with OEM partners and attend industry events.
