We are looking for a Director OfflineMedia Planning based out of Gurgaon will be responsible for planning and successful execution of media campaigns across clients while focusing on building long term client and vendor partnerships.
Requirements:
- Good Grip on Print media management, planning, relationship and execution.
- Prepare integrated media plans by closely working with various internal stakeholders to address client's requirements related to audience and media landscape (medium and platform).
- Propose a campaign approach to client with clear indication of route, budgets and reach.
- Build long term client relationships through meaningful discussions, strategic inputs and solutions related to ongoing campaigns
- Align media campaigns to agency goals and make compelling cases to influence client outcomes.
- Adopt a strategic approach towards planning and execution of integrated media plans and campaigns and lead cross-functional teams within the agency for end to end delivery of the campaign.,
- Update clients regularly with regards to media plans, MIS & data, weekly job lists and also conduct periodical reviews on media campaign progress
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis to brainstorm of campaign ideas and drive alignment for smooth execution of these campaigns
- Evaluate vendor deals and oversee optimization of media plans through impact properties valuation and appropriate mediums
- Monthly and quarterly reporting of projections, revenue and competitor analysis to Senior Management using Planit.
- Comply to OMG global team requests with regards to reporting of spends via Omnet and sharing media calendars as per client expectations.
- Conduct periodical audits of various brands and report projected media activity on monthly basis via Cognoze.
- Guide and train team to deliver better results as well as help them understand the bigger picture
- Keep abreast with offline and digital media trends and actively work towards implementing innovative/award-winning ideas for our brands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and master's/ PG Diploma in Business Management (Preferred)
- 8 to 11 years of Media Planning work experience
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Eye for Detail and Accuracy
- Excellent analytical Skills and Presentation Skills
