The Role
The Instant Group is seeking a Director, Managed Sales in India to lead the Business Development efforts and Solutioning up to Closing of our Managed Office offerings pan India. Key success factors include growing Instant's client base, ensuring Instant's prospective clients receive world class service, and growing a qualified Sales pipeline of Managed Office opportunities for Instant with end-user Occupiers.
As we partner with new clients and develop deeper relationships with existing clients, we will support them in advancing their business. Our Client Solutions team are at the heart of this and their alignment with Instant's behaviours are imperative. Reporting to the Regional Director, APAC based in Singapore, the Director Managed Sales India will have a clear vision, set the standards, the ambition and operationalize to scale the Sales funnel across India through technical ability, pipeline management and understanding the end-to-end customer journey to secure a Managed Office opportunity for Instant.
Further responsibilities will include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies will be required to achieve financial targets. He/she will understand our client's business intimately, the market they operate in, create solutions that advance their business, ensure world class delivery liaising with our Operations, Finance and Legal teams, articulate Instant's value and grow advocacy.
As a member of the APAC Client Solutions Team, the Director Managed Sales will be expected to deliver a world class service to our client base whilst growing the sales pipelines with clients pan India. an expectation to collaborate with various stakeholders, globally within Instant to ensure successful running of the India market.
