Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage Commercial Leasing/ Office Leasing functions
- Support in transactions when it comes to lease renewals, relocations, subleasing, space surrender, reinstatements, divestments etc.; coordinate with landlords, perform lease review and documentation till agreement execution
- Formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties
- Coordinate the department's activities to ensure consistency and compliance of Leasing's policies and procedures
- Manage good relationships with Developers and handle any complaints/grievances
- Conduct canvassing call to generate leads for lease of properties
- Establish and build networking channels with Developers and agents to build a diversified and cost-efficient supply
Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct ad-hoc market research of competitors and benchmarks of rental for preparation of reports
- Prepare annual budget plan and periodic forecasting reports and build alternative commercial models for supply
- Create and update monthly management reports
Must Haves:
- Build and nurture a strong relationship network with Real Estate developers to create a robust database and market intelligence
- Strong negotiation skills, well versed with lease structuring, RE agreements, contracts etc.
- Ability to function independently yet communicates laterally and upwardly with ease.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate;
- Experience in handling projects with diverse and multiple internal/external stakeholders is crucial;
- Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management is essential;
- Highly organized and efficient, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
Experience and Skills:
- At least 12-15 years in transaction management and lease administration
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Property Management or equivalent field
- Relevant certification in Real estate leasing is preferred
