ROLE DESCRIPTION:
SurveySparrow is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Inbound Sales to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving the growth and efficiency of our inbound sales channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large sales teams and working collaboratively with marketing to optimize and scale our inbound sales operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inbound Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase lead conversion rates and overall sales efficiency.
Team Management: Lead and expand the inbound sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Sales Productivity: Enhance rep productivity through effective coaching, technology utilization, and process optimization.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key sales metrics to ensure predictability and forecastability.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
Optimization & Scaling: Continuously assess and improve the inbound sales engine for scalability and effectiveness.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance and insights to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 13 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales
Demonstrated success in inbound sales in the SaaS industry.
Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team
Strong understanding of sales metrics and the ability to analyze and leverage data to drive decision-making.
