As the Director of Order Management in the health check operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient coordination and delivery of health check ups with providers and customers. You will lead a team of order management specialists, ensuring the smooth scheduling of appointments, effective patient flow, and seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.

- Supervise and mentor a team of order management specialists responsible for scheduling and coordinating home collections and in-centre visits, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback as needed.

- Oversee the end-to-end order management process, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in, consultation room preparation, and post-consultation follow-up, ensuring adherence to established protocols and service level agreements (SLAs). - Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and other departmental leaders to optimize clinic workflows, streamline processes, and improve the overall efficiency of health check services.

Serve as a point of escalation for complex order management issues, patient inquiries, or operational challenges, providing timely resolution and maintaining a high level of service delivery

Conduct regular audits of order data, patient records, and health records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and data integrity, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address discrepancies and gaps. - Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers during health checks, ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and valued throughout their visit.

- Delivering on quarterly targets set for the team

Should be managing a team of managers to achieve group objectives
