To support their growth plans, our Client is looking for an exceptional leader to head their Education Services division.
Role Overview:
The Head of Education Services will be pivotal in designing and implementing training programs that enhance the utilization and understanding of our innovative FinTech products. You will be responsible for developing innovative course content and training modules in collaboration with our Content Team, executing training commitments, and integrating educational services into customer contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Design and Content Development: Lead the design of relevant courses and training modules in collaboration with the Content Team.
- Training Execution: Work alongside the Training Team to fulfill training obligations outlined in client contracts.
- Service Integration: Coordinate with the Professional Services team to embed Training Services within customer engagements, tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global stakeholders including Product Managers, Client Success Teams, and Sales teams to align training solutions with user requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- A seasoned professional with 18-25 years of experience, including 5-10 years managing content and training teams within the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering both e-learning and classroom training.
- Experience in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of training end-users and administrators on fintech products.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and communicating with stakeholders across different geographies, especially North America and India.
- This Is NOT an internal employee training role. This position focuses on client-facing educational services.
