Manage and support buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to strategic clients and private equity investors. Identify and understand the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables.
Lead multiple financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients.
Reviewing revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities with the objective of identifying key issues such as normalized earnings, net debt, liabilities, net working capital trends, valuation model input assumptions, analysis of forecasts etc.
Handle end to end delivery including supervising and reviewing engagement teams fieldwork, reporting of diligence findings and coordination with other service lines like tax etc. within the firm.
Lead client conversations with respect to their requirements and due diligence observations
Lead and maintain select client relationships incl. follow on due diligence projects
Support the partners in driving select client relationships of the firm
