Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIE
- Lead Corporate Services India employees and vendors in support of various strategic initiatives
- Provide consulting, advisory, strategic assistance and decision support to Hyderabad senior leadership on variety of topics related to strategic priorities, strengthening our mandate, improving contribution to Invesco's mission
- Manage internal stakeholder communication and relationships to a high level
- Ensure organizational adherence to all Corporate Services internal, and related external regulatory policies
- Ensure long-term sustainability of change management initiatives, this role will develop a framework that enables an agile and integrated approach to manage such programs
- Facilitate deliberations with senior leaders to define and articulate the location strategy, simulating so what scenarios
- Collaborate with cross functional/business leaders and partners for to ensure operational development and delivery services
- Communicate and work with senior management globally on appropriate projects
- Support the ePro compliance and buying activity for the region
Work Experience / Knowledge
- 18+ years corporate properties/facility management experience
- 18+ years vendor relationship management experience
- Well versed in the real estate industry, particularly in Hyderabad
- Experience and familiarity with local laws and customs in relation to properties activities
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities and work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to manage and lead local team and vendors while supporting global goals
- Excellent project management and budgeting skills
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels across organization with tact and diplomacy, and with a high level of cultural sensitivity
- Ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key take away, and disseminate actionable insights
- Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through excellent analytical thinking

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen for other people's opinions
FORMAL EDUCATION: (MINIMUM REQUIREMENT TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES):
- A Bachelor's Degree
