About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President - Marketing & SME, this role will be responsible for helping us craft narrative, inspire workforce, bring our brand to life and shape perceptions in collaboration with Delhivery's brand team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communication strategy with a specific focus on internal communications, media relations and investor relations communication
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align communication strategies with business objectives, corporate values, and stakeholder expectations.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, sponsored partners, journalists, and community leaders, to advance initiatives and support business awareness
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, effectively communicating key messages to various stakeholders, including media, investors, employees, and the public.
- Lead the development and distribution of press releases, corporate announcements, and other external communications materials to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information.
- Oversee all social media handles for Delhivery
- Ensure implementation of conclaves, summits, owned and partnered events
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and stakeholder sentiment to inform communication strategies and identify emerging issues.
- Oversee a team of communication professionals and external agencies to deliver high-quality communication materials. This includes physical brand assets, online social media content, internal communications and all corporate brand content.

- Capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
- Ability to quickly understand complex business issues to distil messaging for diverse audiences
- Ability to be both strategic yet handle execution
- Excellent judgement to provide communications counsel on business sensitive manners
Experience Required:
- 10+ years of communications or public relations experience
- Master's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital channels
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
- Understanding of multiple content formats and delivering them with team members: events, physical collateral, website content and social media
